All products carry free "ground" shipping & transit insurance unless otherwise specified. Free shipping is limited to lower 48 states in the USA. We can upgrade against additional fee. For fast and economical shipping, we at our discretion choose to ship through following carriers and shall email label/tracking # for customer's reference.
Customer's need to provide a bonafide shipping address+ that will enable the carrier to deliver. Individual carrier at their discretion may choose to leave the package at the door. Customers are responsible for package left at the door. To receive the package in person customer may contact the carrier with label/tracking #. There maybe an additional charge for incorrect address listed on the order form, or for any change of address once the package has been shipped and in the carrier's possession.

Claims :
Customer is responsible to file a notice of non-delivery, damage, or shortage with the Carrier within twenty (20) calendar days from the date of issue of label/tracking # under intimation to us by email customerservice@wondershop.us . A hard copy of notice of non delivery should be sent to us by secured means i.e recorded delivery.
We shall provide customer with an undertaking / declaration to be completed and send the same back to us to file a claim with underwriter. Upon acceptance of claim by the underwriter we shall start the process of re-order.
Return
Is designed to service clients who have received defective merchandise.
Damaged merchandise is not defective merchandise.
Damaged merchandise are covered under insurance.
Following items will qualify as "returnable" and will not be subject to any fee.
All other items will subject to a 25% restocking fee :-
Defective merchandise which has a basic flaw in the design or construction of the item.
Merchandise sent in error.
Most of our merchandise is imported and therefore goes through several quality checks.
Once again prior to shipment checks are made and items are packed under supervision.
We will accept defective merchandise or items sent in error.

Reason of return
All returned merchandise must be unused, in its original condition with sale tags and packaging intact. Packed securely with the RAN displayed on the outside of the packaging. Along with copy of invoice or packing slip.
RAN request is usually processed within 24 hrs. Returns will be processed if we receive the item within 15 calendar days of your issue of RAN compiling to above conditions marked as 1 to 3. Any delay will attract restocking fee. Issue of RAN does not guarantee that return will be accepted as "returnable". We are able to communicate our decision within one week of receipt of merchandise. For all accepted items either an exchange or store credit will be issued. At our discretion, we may consider cash refund but limited to cost of item only. Merchandise not accepted as return will be subject to restocking fee provided the item is unused and is returned in its original condition with sale tags and packaging intact.
We will not accept any returns without RAN.
Sales Tax
We collect 6% sales tax for items shipped to PA.
Gifts Coupons & Discounts
We have various free gift offers, discounts and coupons offered throughout the year. All of these offers are available via a coupon sometimes supplied via email link or directly onsite via a coupon that must be added to shopping cart to take effect. Please note that the coupon cannot be activated any other way and we do not add coupons retroactively. If coupon is not in the shopping cart, the applicable offer or discount is not valid.
Order Processing
Standard processing time in most instances is within 4-12 business days of receipt of payment. We do not provide shipping to APO/FPO/PR/GU/VI or to International destinations that the United States has a current embargo i.e. Mexico, Russia, and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) etc.
Out of Stock
At times some of our popular items run out of stock before we can post the information to our website. Though we take every care to avoid such a situation but at times it is beyond our control. We notify customer and refund the money if charged.
